State Without a State (SWS) is part of the MultiReality of the doNONdo project and is conceptually and techno-socially linked to dnd10.
A State Without a State is a multi-territorial union of people, machines, robots, AI, and other forms of life into a single community with the purpose of declaring sovereignty and quantum neutrality. SWS is founded on an agreement to practice ten minutes of non-doing daily. In this sense, SWS can be seen as a form of Digital Nomad State or Network State, existing across both space and time.
The multi-territoriality of SWS is defined by the actual locations of its members and citizens, while remaining within the basic legal frameworks of host states.
A host state or host territory refers to any territory under the jurisdiction of traditional states. Members of SWS do not oppose the legal regimes of host states.
At present, SWS is in its early formative stage. Its members are united by two core principles:
The daily practice of non-doing is a method of ending the suffering of all sentient beings.
Impeccable action, which arises naturally from non-doing, is a method of creative influence upon our world.
SWS is declared and developed in several stages, designed to gradually shape the community and establish its guiding principles.
